Usability Management
is a joint venture by usability
professionals with a strong track record of helping clients achieve
results. Over the years we have learnt a lot about what works --
and what doesn't -- across all kinds of development project and
business sector.

Miles Macleod
Miles has worked on the management of usability since the mid-1980s. He
has a strong business and research background, and takes a
pragmatic, results-oriented view -- with a solid foundation in
theory and practice. Before setting up Performance
By Design in 1998, he was at Andersen Consulting (Accenture)
where he helped evolve the approach to interaction design, and
provided consultancy for numerous clients. Previously he
was the founding head of NPL Usability Services, helping many
organisations to establish and manage a capability for human-centred
design and usability. Miles has been involved widely in collaborative European research. He has
extensive experience of enabling projects to achieve successful
outcomes.
